Pixie is a discovery, payment and loyalty app for independent local businesses and artisan markets. They recognised that while shopping locally is rewarding in itself, the added benefit of cashback on every purchase would encourage users to connect with their communities. With such a unique offering, Pixie needed a campaign to bring their brand to life and grow their audience of users and retailers across Bristol and Bath.

The Project
People needed to know what the Pixie app had to offer, so we told them. Using everything from animated outdoor digital advertising and social media promotion, to retailer information packs and even local press exposure. Our work featured a range of bright, bold storefront shots to give Pixie’s prospective users a snapshot of some of the hidden gems that were waiting to be discovered.
The Outcome
Pixie is all about community, and we helped create one full of loyal fans. The launch of the in-store POS we created saw a user increase of 15%. Plus, following the publication of our press ads, app downloads increased by 5%. Now, we’re continuing to work with them to showcase their new products, so keep your eyes peeled - they’re launching in Brixton soon.
